Some time back Microsoft has announced some of its partners for Indian market and Xolo and Micromax are one of them, Micromax has already announced its two Windows Phone powered devices and today Xolo has too announced its first Windows Phone device, the Xolo Q900s.
If we talk about specs then Xolo Widows Q900s comes with 4.7 inch HD multi-touch IPS OGS display with screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels along with scratch resistant Dragon Trail Glass, under the hood its powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor paired with 1 GB of RAm and has 400 MHz Adreno 302 GPU. It has 8 GB of internal memory which can be expandable via microSD card.
At back Xolo Win Q900s features a 8 megapixel snapper with PureCel sensor and LED Flash along with 2 MP front facing camera. For connectivity it has Dual SIM, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and Micro USB, it houses a 1800 mAh battery. If we talk about software, it runs on Windows Phone 8.1.
Its been priced Rs. 11,999 but it will be available for pre-order on Snapdeal at Rs. 9,999 and will be shipped from second week of July. At this price and specs it will directly compete with Micromax Win W121 and Micromax Win092. Xolo is saying it as lightest Windows Phone till now, it is 7.2mm thick and weighs just 100 grams
