Just a couple of hours back Xiaomi India has dropped a press invite for an event which is scheduled for 18 July, and as per the invite it’s pretty much sure that Xiaomi India is all set to launch the successor of last year launched Xiaomi Mi Max, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 which company has launched back in May in China and company is all set to launch the same device in India, price of this phone is not known as of now but we can expect it somewhere around Rs. 20K.
The main talking point of this smartphone is its massive 6.44-inch FHD 1080p display which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. With 174.1 x 88.7 x 7.6mm dimensions, this device really feels big in hand, and one hand usage of this device is out of the question.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is powered by Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 Octa-core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz along with 4GB of RAM and comes in 64GB and 128GB internal storage variant and Adreno 506 is there to handle GPU.

When it comes to the photographic front, it has 12 MP with f/2.2, phase detection autofocus and dual-LED (dual tone) flash, at the front, you will have 5MP front-facing camera for videos calling and selfies. For connectivity, it supports WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE, NFC, GPS, IR and Micro USB, and there is a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
This massive device comes with a massive battery as well, it houses a 5300 mAh, and when it comes to the software front, it runs Android v7.1.1 Nougat wrapped under companies own MIUI.
