Today TomTom, one of the biggest GPS device manufacturer has launched series of four new GPS Sport Watches in India starting at Rs. 12,999, these new TomTom sport watches are launched for both men and women and are now available exclusively on Flipkart. TomTom has launched Runner Digital (Rs. 12,999), Multi-Sport (Rs. 15,499), Runner Cardio (Rs. 20,999), and Multi-Sport Cardio (Rs. 23,499).
TomTom Runner Cardio has a built-in heart rate monitor to help runners measure heart rate. An extra-large display, full-screen graphical training tools and the industry’s first one-button control make it easy for fitness enthusiasts to access real-time information to help them achieve their goals.
TomTom GPS Sport Watches includes an intuitive One-Button Control that enables users to easily navigate up-down-left-right through menus to access key stats and watch features.
These watches also feature TomTom’s Graphical Training Partner which is an easy-to-read full-screen graphics help users guide which helps you to get the most out of your workouts, it helps you to view real-time performance in three modes – Race which shows personal best or most recent run, Goal allows you to set a distance, time or calorie goal, Zone allows you to set a target for pace or heart-rate and track progress in a simple full-screen graph throughout a workout.
Company claims that battery can last up to up to 10 GPS only while it can last up to 8 hours of battery life in GPS and Heart Rate mode, these watches feature scratch resistant displays and are water-resistant (waterproof up to 165 feet). It also supports ither firness apps like MapMyFitness, RunKeeper, TrainingPeaks and Strava.
