Samsung has launched its low end Windows Phone device Omnia M back in May, but it wasn’t available in India Store, But recently an online retailer has put it on his shelf and its for sell, This phone is available for Rs.15900.
As its an low end WP7 device it competes with Nokia Lumia 610, which Nokia has recently launched in India. As Omnia M is low end phone but it got some decent features which put it above Lumia 610.
Omnia M has 4 inch Super Amoled screen with screen resolution of 800*480, has Accelerometer sensor, Proximity sensor and Ambient light sensor. Supports 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and miniUSB for connectivity.
At the back you will find an 5MP camera with LED flash and an VGA front facing camera for video calling. It has 384 MB of RAM, 4 GB internal memory with no expandable option, an 1500 mAh battery.
Like of other WP7 device it wont get WP8 update we do expect Samsung to release Windows Phone 7.8 update for it as most of the Windows Phone will get it.
