You might be getting lots of news about the thinnest smartphone race which is going on between several manufacturer’s but now Samsung has a new tablet under its Tab series and the USP of this device is that its the world’s thinnest tablet which has just 5.6mm thin body. Company has announced this ultra thin tablet but today only it was launched in India, it will be available at the price tag of Rs. 39,400 across the country.
Apart from being slim, it also comes with a fingerprint sensor which is integrated into the physical home button, and it is one of the few tablet which comes with 4G or LTE support for Indian LTE bands. Earlier Samsung has announced two variant, 9.7 inch and 8 inch but company has launched on 9.7 inch variant
When it comes to specifications Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 flaunts an 9.7 inch with QXGA (2048×1536 pixels) Super AMOLED display, under the hood it is powered by in house Exynos 5433 octa-core processor (Quad 1.9GHz + Quad 1.3GHz) along with Mali T760MP6 GPU and 3GB of RAM and comes with 32GB of internal memory which can be further expandable up to 128GB using a microSD card, Samsung is also providing 100GB OneDrive storage for two years.
When it comes to camera front it has got an 8-megapixel rear snapper with 2.1-megapixel front camera, it houses an 5,870mAh battery and for connectivity it includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and Micro USB, when it comes to software front, it runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
