Along with the launch of Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5, Samsung has also launched two new smartphone’s in India under its new ‘E’ series and these smartphone’s are targeted to youth’s in India. Samsung Galaxy E5, which is an entry level thin handset which is priced at Rs 19,300, while the Samsung Galaxy E7 is a mid-range smartphone which is priced Rs 23,000. Both smartphone’s comes with 2GB of 3G data per month for 2 months for Vodafone customers, both Galaxy E5 and Galaxy E7 will on sale from January 20th in India.
If we talk about specs then Samsung Galaxy E5 flaunts a 5-inch Super AMOLED display screen with screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, under the hood it is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 1.5GB RAM and has 16GB internal memory which can be further expandable up to 64GB via microSD.
If we talk about photography front then it features 8MP rear camera with LED flash which can record 1080p video, at front it has a 5Mp front facing camera as well, for connectivity it features Hybrid Dual SIM (second slot can also be used as microSD slot), 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and A-GPS/ GLONASS, houses a 2400 mAh battery and as per software front it runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat).
On the other hand Samsung Galaxy E7 features 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display screen with screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels, under the hood it is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 2GB RAM and includes 16GB internal memory which can be further expandable up to 64GB via microSD.
As per photography front it features a 13MP rear snapper with LED flash and can record 1080p videos, at front it has 5MP front facing camera. For connectivity it has Hybrid Dual SIM (second slot can also be used as microSD slot), 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and A-GPS/ GLONASS. It houses 2900 mAh and as per software front it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
