After so much of rumors and leaks Samsung has announced two new smartphones in its new A series, the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A3. Both phones features slim metal unibody and these are they slimmest smartphone from Samsung as of now, Galaxy A5 is just 6.7mm thick and the Galaxy A3 is 6.9mm thick.
If we talk about the specs then Galaxy A5 comes with a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display screen with screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, under the hood its powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 2GB RAM and has 16GB of internal memory which can be expandable up to 64GB with microSD.
At back it features a 13MP rear snapper with LED flash, it can record videos at 1080p, at front it features a 5MP front-facing camera with wide angle lens to capture better selfies. For connectivity it has got 4G LTE / 3G, Wi-Fi802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS/ GLONASS, NFC (LTE version only), it houses 2300 mAh battery. As per software it runs on Android 4.4 wrapped under TouchWiz UI.

Company is trying to target youth with these smartphones. Both phones will be available in Pearl White, Midnight Black, Platinum Silver, Soft Pink, Light Blue and Champagne Gold color and will be rolled out in selected market in November. Nothing is announced in terms of price yet.
