Recently Microsoft has decided to end Nokia branding from its Lumia smartphone’s and launched Lumia 535 under Microsoft brand, now Microsft is going to closed Nokia app store as well, recently Microsoft and Opera Mobiles has announced a deal according to which Microsoft is going to close Nokia App stores and Opera Mobile Store which will be used as default app store for all Nokia feature phones, Symbian and Nokia X smartphones by the first quarter of 2015.

Once this transition is completed, from Nokia App store to Opera Mobile Store is completed, Opera is positioned to become the third largest app store in terms of downloads.This means from next year Series 40, Series 60, Symbian, Asha and Nokia X devices will be redirected to Opera Mobile Store automatically.

According to Microsoft Opera Mobile Store will enable millions of people who use classic Nokia phones to continue to have a trusted source for apps, games and content. The process of migrating customers from Nokia Store to Opera Mobile Store is expected to be complete in the first half of 2015, at which point Nokia Store will be closed.
