Last night when Apple has announced its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus they also announced that these two new smartphones will support up to 20 LTE bands which makes iPhone users to roam around the world and use LTE network without any issue. Apple has also announced that iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will support VoLTE (Voice over LTE) and also said both iPhone will support download speeds up to 150 Mbps.
Apple is likely to launch A1586 (iPhone 6) and A1524 (iPhone 6 Plus) models in Europe and in Asia including India as it support FDD-LTE (Frequency Division Duplexing LTE)and TD-LTE (Time-Division LTE). These iPhone 6 versions supports following LTE bands :-

- Band 3 equivalent 1800 MHz
- Band 4 equivalent AWS
- Band 5 equivalent 850 MHz

In India at this time AirTel is providing TD-FTE in some parts at Band 40, so we might be going to see this version of iPhone 6 in India which will be launched next month.
