Today Lenovo has launched its new affordable LTE enabled smartphone, the Lenovo A7000 which is the successor of Lenovo A6000 which company has announced back in the month of January this year. Lenovo A7000 is one of the few LTE enabled device which is available at the entry level price in Indian market and it will directly compete with Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G and YU Yureka, if you too are confused among these three then here is a quick comparison among these devices and it will help you to select among them.
Display :-
In terms of display, all three devices, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G and YU Yureka comes with a display screen of 5.5 inch with HD screen resolution which means you will find pixel density of 267ppi in all devices.
Processor and RAM :-
Unlike display, where all three devices have similar displays, in terms of processor all three devices have different chipset, where Lenovo A7000 is powered by MediaTek MT6752m octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, YU Yureka is powered by a 1.5GHz Snapdragon 615 octa-core SoC, and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G is powered by a 1.6GHz Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor.
All these three devices has got 2GB of RAM.
Camera :-
In terms of camera both Yu Yureka and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G has got 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and 5 MP front facing camera, but Lenovo has got only 8 MP rear camera along with LED flash and a 5 MP front camera. However higher megapixel doesnt mean good image, we reserve our camera review till we get unit.
Storage :-
In terms of internal storage, YU Yureka is the clear winner here as it has got 16 GB of internal storage whereas other two has got only 8GB of internal storage. All three devices comes with microSD card slot, where you will get up to 32GB memory expansion on Yu Yureka and Lenovo A7000, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G allows you to expand memory up to 64GB.
Connectivity :-
Yu Yureka and Lenovo A6000 comes with dual SIM slots where Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G is a single SIM version.
OS :-
Here Lenovo seems to lead the race as it runs on Android Lollipop out-of-the-box wrapped under companies custom UI, YU Yureka still runs on CyanogenMod 11 which is based on Android KiKat, although at the time of launch company has said Yu Yureka will get an CyanogenMod 12 based update which is based on Android Lollipop.
On the other hand Xiaomi Redmi 4G runs on MIUI 6 based on Android KitKat and it will also get Android Lollipop based MIUI update but when, no one knows.
Battery :-
In terms of battery, here Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G seems to lead the race as it comes with a battery of 3100 mAh battery which seems to provide nice battery back up, whereas Lenovo A7000 has got a 2,900 mAh battery and YU Yureka comes with a 2500 mAh battery.
