Last week in CES 2015 Lenovo has launched an affordable LTE enabled smartphone, the Lenovo A6000, at the time of launch company has said that this smartphone will soon be launched in targeted countries and as we reported that India will be in the list of first set of countries to get this smartphone, today Lenovo has launched this A6000 in India at the price tag of Rs. 6,999 which is very competitive if we consider its competitors in India.
This smartphone will be up against Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G and Yu Yureka which too comes with LTE support in India, and just like its competitors, Lenovo A6000 will also be available through flash sale and registration of the same will open from today till January 27, and the smartphone will go on sale on January 28.
If we talk about specs then Lenovo A6000 features an 5-inch IPS HD (1280×720 pixels) display screen, under the hood it is powered by a 64-bit capable Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz along with 1GB of RAM and also includes 8GB of internal storage which can be further expandable via microSD card.

As per photography front Lenovo A6000 has got an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear snapper with LED flash, there is a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and dual-speakers with Dolby Digital Plus technolog, it houses a 2,300mAh battery which can provide up to 13 hours of talk time and up to 11.5 days on standby mode.
As per connectivity options, it has got dual-SIM options, Dual-Mode LTE support (both TD-LTE Band 40 and FD-LTE Band 20), Wi-Fi, Micro USB, GPS and Bluetooth 4.0, if we talk about software front then Lenovo A6000 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat wrapped under company’s Vibe UI 2.0, and also comes preloaded some apps like Guvera music app.
