Yesterday along with the launch of HTC Desire 828, which is company’s first smartphone in Desire series to feature OIS aka Optical Image Stabilization, company has also announced another smartphone, the HTC One A9, company has announced this smartphone couple of moth back in US, company has decided to launch it in India, but again company failed to provide any information about its price and availability dates, yes company do said they will launch this device in next two weeks and will announce price accordingly.
One of the talking point of this device is that it is one of the first non-nexus device to come with latest version of Android Marshmallow, HTC has also included Dolby Audio and Hi-Fi Audio, which it claims to offer rich audio experience.
When it comes to specs then HTC One A9 flaunts an 5-inch full HD display which is being protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection, at its heart, it is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor along with 3GB of RAM and comes with 32GB of on board storage, which can be further expandable up to 2TB via micro SD card.
When it comes to photography front, HTC One A9 comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with a BSI sensor, phase detection auto-focus, true-tone LED flash and optical image stabilization, you will be able to snap RAW quality photos with it as well, at front, you will find 4-UltraPixel snapper for video calls and selfies, it houses an 2,150mAh non-removable battery with Quick Charge 2.0, company will push software update to make it work with Quick Charge 3.0.
For connectivity it supports 4G support, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth and GPS , as said earlier it runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box wrapped under Sense UI.
