Couple of days back a new smartphone from HTC, the HTC Desire 620G was listed on Indian ecommerce website with a price tag of Rs. 15,900, now HTC has officially announced this smartphone in India at the same price. The Taiwanese company has announced that this new Desire series smartphone will be available from second week of December on all major retail as well as ecommerce website.
If we talk about specs then the HTC Desire 620G comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display screen with screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels, under the hood it is powered by a MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with 1GB of RAM and has 8GB internal storage which can be further further expandable via a microSD card.
As per photography front HTC Desire 620G features an 8-megapixel rear camera along with LED flash and has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera as well for selfies, it houses a 2,100mAh battery and for connectivity options it has dual-SIM, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro USB, as per the software front, it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
HTC Desire 620G is the 3G variant of Desire 620 which supports LTE, at this time there is no word on the launch of LTE variant in India, both of these smartphone went on sale in Taiwan starting this month.
