Microsoft has released Windows 8 as the first Windows which can work on tablets or touch pc’s, when first Microsoft showed it on touch tablet, the charms like Start, Device, Search, Share, Settings etc were on right side.
But on PC or non touch devices its moved to bottom-left, and another thing is Date and Time showing charm was placed on bottom-left on touch device but on non-touch they are on bottom-right.
If you are on non-touch devices but still want to access touch device like charm then you could, all you need to do is press Win+Shift+C, that’s it.
