Built & Design :-
Asus has deigned it very well, back of tablet has got brushed aluminum look, it has concentric-ring pattern radiating from ASUS logo placed in center which ultimately improve your grip on it.
At back of tablet you will sport a 8 megapixel camera which is able to shot full HD videos but misses LED flash, it do has front facing camera of 1.2 mp for video calling.
Power button is a top while headphone jack is at right side, on left side you will find a Volume rocker, Micro HDMI port, micro SD slot and a SIM card slot, at bottom it has two hooks to attach it with keyboard dock and a charging port between those hooks.
If we talk about keyboard dock then it has full size keyboard with a track-pad which makes your work more easy. On the left side of dock you will find charging dock and on left you will have a USB port which allows you to plug your pen drives and transfer data, there is also a SD card slot on dock. Battery on both dock and tablet allows you to work for 15 hrs.

Under the hood Asus Transformer Pad TF300 is powered by Nvidia Tegra 3 T30L Quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz paired with 1 GB of RAM along with ULP GeForce GPU. It comes with 32 GB onboard memory.
It has 10.1 inch IPS display screen with screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels means 149 ppi , at back it comes with 8 megapixel camera which can shot full HD videos and at front it has 1.2 megapixel camera. For connectivity it has WiFi, 3G, Micro HDMI, Micro SD, SDcard slot, USB port.
Software and UI :-
if you ever used Asus tablet then you wont see any change here, this device runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean which means you have access to Android lock screen apps as well as all the other Jelly Bean widgets. It comes with two launcher which you can select as per you needs. In Android 4.1 Jelly Bean launcher you will have standard 3 on-screen button son bottom left side of the screen with notification area on right side.
On Android 4.2 Launcher you will find you notification area been shifted to top, if you swipe down from left then you will have access to notifications, and if you swipe down from right then you will have access to user account and shortcut to your settings.
This device doesn’t comes with lots of pre-loaded apps which makes your screen bulky rather it has minimal design and yes you have the access to Google Play which means you can download and install your favorite apps from there.
Performance :-
As Asus Transformer Pad TF300TG is powered by Nvidia Tegra 3 T30L Quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz paired with 1 GB of RAM along with ULP GeForce GPU you can expect something big from it.
We had played full HD videos on it, surfed web, played games like Temple Run 2, Temple RUN OZ, and Mortal Combat and all went smoothly without any lagging.

Asus Transformer Pad TF300TG supports almost all major videos and Audio formats, we were able to play MP4 and MKV video formats on it, means you don’t require any third party media app. It has good speakers which were loud and clear.
