If you are using Facebook then you must be aware of cover photos which is recently launched by Facebook for all its users, In the same way Google has released the new layout of its new social networking site Google+.
This new layout allows you to add a cover photo on your Google+ profile, you can add a 960×179 pixels photos as your Cover photo and 250×250 pixels profile photo.
Another change you will is that now navigation menus like Home, About, Hangouts, Circle and so on are moved to sidebar rather then top.
