Google is not just a search engine but it also provide wonderful services too, One of its service which attracts lots of users is Google Calendar.

Now you can use Google calendar as your Windows calendar with Google Calendar Windows Client,This is a portable app so you are required to install it just download and start using it.

As you can see in the above snapshot it has got US calendar as default,you can add any public calendar by adding its public URL in preference.

Once you start it will fetch information from internet and then it doesn’t require internet connection unless you want to refresh data.

For it right click on your system tray icon and select Preferences.

P.S. Don’t add any private information on it if you are using it on public computer because all information will be stored on hard disk.
