If you are testing Consumer Preview build of Windows 8 then you must be aware of WinX menu present on it, WinX is a menu which you can get by right clicking on bottom left corner on the screen or by pressing Win Key + X.
It gives you some useful shortcuts which you can use to naviget to some advance options like Task Manager, Command Prompt and so on.
It’s a nice menu and if you want to get that menu on your Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 machine the you can use WinPlusX created by abhishekbest432 @ DA. It gives you same function, you can access this menu either by pressing Win Key + X or by right click on Start ORB.
It do comes with lots of useful shortcuts, and it also allows you to add your favorite shortcuts to it, you can add shortcuts by just navigating through WinPlusX Option –> Add New, and then select your application then it will be added along with its icon.
You can also remove your shortcuts for this just navigating through WinPlusX Option –> Remove Shortcut, and then it will automatically removes the shortcut from list.
It’s a portable tool so you don’t need to install it, just download, extract and run it and you will get your WinX menu.
