If you had installed any Apple product like iTunes, then you will get update notification once Apple released newer version, When you start your Windows machine that notification dialog box pops up and ask you to install updates.
It quite important to stay updated as new version fixes bugs and bring new features too, but for users it might be irritating as you don’t want to install updated version. So in that case you can ask Apple Software updater not to notify you. For this click on Preferences –> Edit and then select Never where it ask How Often you wanna check for updates.
That’s it, now you wont see that update dialog box again.
