Today Croma, a consumer electronics retail store, in partnership with Intel has launched two Windows 8.1 powered tablets in Indian market, the Croma 1179 tablet and the Croma 1177 2-in-1 hybrid tablet with a detachable keyboard, priced at Rs. 13,990 and Rs. 21,990 respectively.
If we talk about specs then the Croma 1179 tablet flaunts a 8-inch IPS display screen with screen resolution of 1280×800 pixels with a pixel density of 160ppi. Under the hood its powered by 1.33GHz Atom Z3735D SoC paired with 2GB of RAM, it omes with 32 GB internal memory, it do support microSd card. At back it has a 2-megapixel rear camera without flash, and has a 2-megapixel camera on the front facing camera. It houses a massive 5000mAh lithium polymer battery. On the software front, it runs on Windows 8.1, and is priced at Rs 13,990.
Croma 1177 2-in-1 hybrid tablet flaunts a 10.1-inch display screen with a full-size detachable keyboard, it is powered by the same Atom Z3735D SoC,Croma 1177 too sports a 2-megapixel rear and 2 MP front camera. For connectivity it has 3G (via SIM card slot) and Wi-Fi connectivity, it runs on Windows 8.1. The Croma 1172 2-in-1 is priced at Rs 21,990.
