Earlier this year Asus has introduced its Windows 8 and Android based Transformer Book Trio and now today company has launched this device in India for Rs. 98,099 and it will be available across India later this month.
As per specs, Transformer Book Trio is a hybrid device, which you can use as a laptop running on Windows 8 or a detachable tablet powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
When running on Windows 8, the 11.6-inch laptop/PC is powered by an Intel fourth generation Haswell CPU paired with 4GB of RAM. It has a 720pHD front webcam, and support up to 1TB HDD and houses a 33Wh battery.
And when using it as an Android tablet, you will have an device with 11.6-inch full HD display screen which is powered by a 2GHz Intel Z2580 SoC along with 2GB or RAM. Other features are an 5 megapixel rear camera with autofocus and 1080p video recording, and a 720p HD front facing camera, it supports up to 64GB of flash internal memory and houses a 19Wh battery.
