Today Amazon has announced its next generation of Kindle Fire tablets, Kindle Fire HDX , which are faster and lighter than previous generation tablets. The Kindle Fire HDX will be available in 7-inch and 8.9-inch variants.
As per specs Kindle Fire HDX 7 flaunts a 7 inch of display screen with 1920×1200 pixels screen resolution, it runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor ticking at 2.2GHz with Adreno 330 GPU and 2 GB of RAM, Its other features are dual-band Wi-Fi, front-facing HD camera and dual stereo speakers with Dolby audio. It will be available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB variants and its price will starts from $229.
On the other hand Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 specs are, an 8.9-inch display screen with 2560×1600 pixels screen resolution, it runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor ticking at 2.2GHz with Adreno 330 GPU ad 2 GB of RAM, Its other features are dual-band Wi-Fi, front-facing HD camera and a 8 megapixel rear camera and dual stereo speakers with Dolby audio. It will be available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB variants and its price will starts from $379.
Amazon claims the 8.9-inch HDX is 34% lighter than the previous one, Amazon has introduced new Fire OS 3.0 ‘Mojito’ which is very smooth as compared to previous one.
