Today Acer has announced Liquid E2, its next generation of Liquid series. It is the first smartphone from Acer which has quad core processor in it. Its an dual SIM phone.
It runs on Android Jelly Bean, it has 4.5-inch qHD IPS display with screen resolution of 540×960 pixels. It runs on 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of ROM. It do support microSD card for memory expansion.
At back it has got an 8 MP camera which can shot 1080p videos and has burst shot mode which can take up to 8 photos per second. For connectivity it has micro USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS/ A-GPS.
This device is announced in Belgium, Netherlands, Ukraine, France, Spain, UK, Italy, Germany and Russia for €229 and will be available by mid of May. There is no announcement when this phone hit India market but we can hope it will reach here by end of June.
