Right after OnePlus and Honor, another China-based smartphone maker, Gionee has too launched its dual rear camera smartphone, the Gionee A1 Plus which is the successor of Gionee A1 (Review) which was launched earlier this year at Rs. 19,999, whereas Gionee A1 Plus is priced Rs. Rs. 26,999 and will be available for grab from July 26 onwards across all retail stores and it will be available in mocha gold and black color variants.
In terms of look, Gionee A1 Plus looks very similar to its predecessor, the Gionee A1, it has the same front mounted fingerprint scanner and company claims that this fingerprint sensor can unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds.
The main highlight of this smartphone is its dual rear camera setup at the back, it has a 12MP+5MP rear camera, the secondary camera allows you to get real-time Bokeh effect and provides professional looking portrait images. If you are a selfie lover then you will not be disappointed here as you will get a 20MP front facing camera for selfies and video calling.

It flaunts a 6-inch full-HD display with pixel density of 367 ppi, under the hood, it is powered by a Helio P25 octa-core clocked at 2.6Hz and along with 4GB of RAM and comes with 64GB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
When it comes to connectivity front, Gionee A1 Plus supports dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, OTG support and GPS and when it comes to the software front, the Gionee A1 Plus runs on Android Nougat v7.0 on top of Amigo 4.0.
