Last year Coolpad, a China based smartphone company has launched Coolpad Note 3 in India which collected n=lots of news and appreciation as the USP of that phone was it brings fingerprint scanner under Rs. 10,000, now company has launched a slightly affordable version of this smartphone, the Coolpad Note 3 Lite at the price tag of Rs. 6,999, it will be available exclusively via Amazon India, registrations for the same has been started and the smartphone will go on sale starting January 28 via flash sales.
Just like its big brother, Coolpad Note 3 Lite as well features a fingerprint sensor, located at the back of the phone and supports 360 degrees finger rotation capability, company claims it can unlock smartphone in 0.5 seconds with 99 percent accuracy.
Coolpad will be manufacturing this Note 3 Lite in India in partnership with Videocon and it will be its first Made In India smartphone. Another nice feature which company has added to Coolpad Note 3 Lite is that it comes with ‘self-cooling’ technique with nano-sealing to avoid overheating.
When it comes to specs then Coolpad Note 3 Lite comes with 5-inch HD display with pixel density of 268ppi, under the hood it is powered by 64-bit MediaTek’s MT6735 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with 3GB of RAM and also comes with 16GB of internal storage which can be further expandable via a microSD card.
When it comes to photographic front, then it features a 13-megapixel f/2.0 rear camera with LED flash and there is a 5-megapixel selfie snapper up front, it houses an 2,500mAh battery, for connectivity it includes dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, USB OTG, Bluetooth and GPS, when it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop wrapped under CoolUI 6.0, and it will be updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
