We are less than a week away from the launch of Motorola’s next generation Moto G smartphone which company is expected to launch Moto G (2015) and Moto X (2015), and leaks and rumors are coming like no tomorrow, everyday we can see some new news about these upcoming devices, and the latest one is coming from an Switzerland based online retailer Digitec who has posted online render images.
These images gives us very clear view of this upcoming device, and image are also inline with previous leaks which we have seen, like a metal strip which houses camera, LED flash and your Moto Logo, and its back panel boasts the textured pattern.
Retailer also claims some of the specs which shows this upcoming smartphone will be a big upgrade as compared to its predecessor, Moto G (2015) will have 5-inch full HD display with screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, under the hood it will be powered by an 1.7GHz quad-core processor along with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU, it will include 8GB of internal storage which can be further expandable via a microSD card and houses a 2,070mAh battery.
Some of the earlier leaks suggest that this upcoming smartphone will have a 13-megapixel rear camera along with LED flash and there will be an 5-megapixel front-facing camera, in terms of software it will run on Android 5.1.1 out-of-the-box. This device will be water proof and will have IPx7 certification, which means it can survive underwater up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes.
When it comes to price, retailer says Moto G (2015) will be priced CHF 235, which means some where around $245 or Rs 15,500, which is higher than previous generation Moto G.
