Last week LG has gave a quick glimpse of its upcoming smartwatch, the Watch Urbane which seems to be one of the beautiful smartwatch we have ever seen till now. As we are inch closer to the Mobile World Congress to kick off, LG has took the wrap off from the LTE variant of Watch Urbane, and company is expected to showcase both of these devices in Mobile World Congress aka MWC 2015.

Apart from having support to LTE, this smartwatch can also make LTE calls without the need of mobile phone, it can also share your GPS locations and translate speech for you. Apart from the Apple Watch, this will be the one of the first device to support NFC-based mobile payments.

If we talk about specs then, the LG Watch Urbane LTE flaunts an 1.3-inch plastic OLED display screen with screen resolution of 320×320 pixels with pixel density of 245ppi, under the hood it is powered by a Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz , it has got 1GB of RAM and has got 4GB of internal storage, this device is water and dust resistance, and houses 700mAh battery.

One interesting thing about this device is that it does not run on Androir Wear platform, instead LG has gone with its own webOS, as of now LG has limited the used of webOS in TVs.

As of now company hasnt provide any details about the features which this OS comes with, we are hoping company to do this at the press conference in MWC.

The design language of Watch Urbane is very similar to of LG G Watch R, it features metal frame, it comes with some features which we havnt seen in Android Wear devices like three physical buttons, first button gives access to Quick Settings, center button allows you to switch between the watch face and installed apps and the bottom one functions as a back button and if you long press it will place an emergency call.
