Yesterday night Google has introduced a new member to its Nexus series of smartphone, the Nexus 6, its the one of the top end smartphone and it will compete with some other high end or flagship smartphone’s from other manufacturer’s, the biggest competitors of Nexus 6 will be Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and iPhone 6 Plus.
Display
All these devices comes with a bigger display screen which is above 5inch in all. Nexus 6 comes with a screen size of 5.96 inch display screen where in iPhone 6 Plus its 5.5inch while Note 4 has 5.7 inch display screen.
Both Nexus 6 and Note 4 comes with a QHD display screen with screen resolution of 2560×1440 pixels, while iPhone 6 Plus only has full HD display screen with screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Nexus 6 and Note 4 display is protected by Corning Glass 3, while iPhone 6 Plus screen is protected by Ion-strengthened glass.
Processor
Both Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Nexus 6 are powered by Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor clocked at 2.7GHz which makes each and every app run quite smoothly without any lag. Apple iPhone 6 Plus is powered by 64 Bit A8 chipset. In term of RAM, both Note 4 and Nexus 6 has 3GB of RAM, there is no word on iPhone 6 Plus ARM.
Storage
Nexus 6 comes in 32GB and 64GB storage variant with no microSD card option, while Note 4 comes with 32GB of internal storage which can be expandable via microSD card. iPhone 6 Plus comes in 16GB/64GB and 128GB variant.
Camera
Nexus 6 features a 13-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization and LED flash, at front it has a 2-megapixel front facing camera, Note 4 sports a 16-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, and a 3.7-megapixel front camera, while iPhone 6 Plus has 8 megapixel camera with a f/2.2 aperture and 1.5µ pixels and can capture 43 MP panoramas, full HD 1080p video recording and Slo-mo video recording at 120 fps and 240 fps.
Its very hard to judge camera by its megapixel, we will let you when we check camera in our review.
Software
Nexus 6 runs on stock version of newly launched Android 5 Lollipop while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat wrapped under its own TouchWiz UI. Apple iPhone 6 Plus runs on iOS 8.
Battery
Both Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Nexus 6 features 3220 mAh battery and both companies has introduced battery saving mode and fast charging mode too. In Note 4 you will find Fast Charging mode which will charge you device from zero to 50 percent in just 30 minutes while Nexus 6 has Motorola’s Turbo Chargers, which can charge it up to six hours worth of battery life in just 15 minutes.
Apple hasnt mentioned battery of iPhone 6 Plus but they had said that it will survive 4 hours on 3G, up to 10 hours on 3G, up to 10 hours on LTE, up to 11 hours on Wi‑Fi HD Video Playback up to 11 hours, Audio playback up to 50 hours and standby time up to 10 days (250 hours)
Fingerprint scanner
Both iPhone 6 Plus and Galaxy Note 4 comes with a finger print scanner embedded on their home button, there is no such feature on Nexus 6.
