In partnership with MTV, Swipe Telecom has launched Swipe MTV Slash 4X tablet in India today. It an entry level 7 inch tablet which has been priced for Rs 9,999, but is available at a discounted price of Rs 8,9990 online.
As per specs, the Slash 4X flaunts a 7-inch IPS display screen with One-Glass-Solution (OGS) technology with screen resolution of 1024×600 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3Ghz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory which can be expandable up to up to 32GB via microSD card
At back it has a 2-megapixel rear snapper with flash and at front it has a VGA front facing camera. For connectivity it include support for dual-SIM, WiFi, Micro USB and FM Radio.
In terms of software it runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and come pre-loaded with MTV apps including updated versions of MTV India, MTV Funny and MTV Hottie app.
