As expected Motorola has unveil successor of its last year’s Moto G. There is nothing in this phone which hasn’t been leaked out in past days, the only thing which we didn’t know was its price.
If we talk about specs then its are consistent with earlier leaks, it comes with a 5 inch HD screen which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, under the hood its powered by a Snapdragon 400 quad core processor clocked at 1.2GHz along with 1 GB of RAM and has 8 GB (Single SIm) and 16 GB (Dual SIM) of internal storage which can be expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card.

At back it features a 8 megapixel camera with LED flash, it can record HD videos and at front it has 2 megapixel front facing camera, for connectivity it has WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth, Micro USB, Dual SIM, and GPS. If we talk about software then it runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat and will be upgradable to Android L update. It houses a 2,070 mAh battery.
It has dual front-facing speakers. It has water resistant coating both on outside and inside for complete protection, just like first Moto G, It has removable back shellsIt do comes with few apps like Migrate which allows you transfer old phone contacts to the new one, Assist which allows you to activate Drive Mode via voice command.
Motorola has priced it at $179 for the 8GB version and in India 16 GB variant is launched which is priced Rs. 12,999 and it will be available later this month exclusively on Flipkart.
