Today at ZenFestival, Asus has launched couple of devices which company has showcased last week in ZenFestival preview week. Today along with the launch of ZenFone 2 Laser (Review) and Asus ZenFone Selfie (Review), company has also announced Zenfone 2 Deluxe which is essentially a premium version of Asus ZenFone 2 (First Impression | Review) announced earlier this year. Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe will be available at the price tag of Rs. 22,999.
The only change which you will find on ZenFone 2 Deluxe as compared with ZenFone 2 is that it has got a new stylish back panel to which company is calling it as diamond cut back design crisscross patterns which looks more premium and when you move device it changes it colors.
Other than this there is no change when compared with Asus ZenFone 2 (Review) like it flaunts an 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display screen which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, under the hood it is powered an Intel Atom Z3580 quad-core 64-bit processor clocked at 2.3GHz along with PowerVR G6430 GPU and 4GB of RAM.
It comes in 64GB/128GB internal storage variant which can be further expandable up to 64GB via a microSD card. If we talk about photography front, then it features the same 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, and a Real Tone LED flash, at front, you will find a 5-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture, it houses an 3,000mAh battery.
For connectivity it includes dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB and GPS, and when it comes to software front, then it runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop wrapped under ZenUI.
